Delfield Freezers

There are several basic categories of Delfield freezers.

Undercounter Freezers

Delfield Undercounter Freezers are available in Single Section (SS) and Double Section (DS) varieties. They provide a sturdy stainless steel surface for worktops, cooktops, or stacked systems.

Reach-In Freezers

Delfield Reach-In freezers are vertical freezers with a wide variety of configurations ranging from Single Section (SS) to Double Section (DS), drawers, solid doors, glass doors, and thawing compartments.

Pass-Thru Freezers

Delfield Pass-Through freezers are available in the most of the same configurations as the reach-in freezers, but with doors accessing both sides of the freezer for maximum floor plan and workflow flexibility. Delfiedl Pass-Thru freezers are available in Single Section (SS), Double Section (DS), with drawers, solid doors, glass doors, and thawing compartments.

Blast Chillers

Delfield Blast Chillers are great tools for food service settings needing quick freeze capabilities. With the ability to chill items from 200 F to 38 F in only 90 minutes, or shock freeze to 0 F in 240 minutes, Delfield blast chillers are available in under counter and full height models in a variety of widths.
